The Bianco nXt range of intelligent controllers are:

The Bia nXt-DPC (Dual Pump Controller) is a module intended to control and protect a pair of single phase pumps up to a nominal 2.2 kW ea. The user can select a control logic sequence to match their application and enjoy the benefits of superior control and protection for the pumps. There are 3 primary control logic modes • ‘Drainage’ where control concentrated at the source • ‘Boosting’ which references pressure switching for control • ‘Transfer’ which is a mix of source and destination control nXt-DPC has 2 x passive dry contacts and is equipped with a RS485 modbus interface to connect to a BMS

PROTECTION FUNCTIONS - Protection functions can be set, enabled or disabled independently • Over voltage • Under voltage • Dry Run (under current) • Overload (over current) • Pump stall • Open phase protection • Phase reversal (3 phase models only) • Phase in-balance (input / output) • Pump anti-seize (96hr default) • Manual or Automatic operation • nXt-DPC has an audible alarm and a flashing light to indicate an alarm state. It supports an external alarm unit • Fault log • Pump accumulated running time memory • Pump start / stop delay time setting
