Why cant we purchase some Davey Products through your website..?

Due to Davey Pumps new Internet Policy, which does not allow us to have all Davey products available to be purchased online, we are limited by their policy to only allow some of their products to be purchased online through our website. If you would like to purchase a Davey product shown please call or email us to proceed with the purchase.

How do i find out the postage cost for my item.?

Shipping Estimates are available on each product page and the cart page. Exact delivery charges are calculated automatically on checkout, postage cost varies depending on your location and how many items are on the order. We deliver to anywhere in Australia.

Do your prices shown on your website include GST.?

Yes, all the prices shown on our website include GST.

Do you have any pump selection guides that i can read to help me select the right pump.?

How can i find information on a specific product.?

Each product listing on our website has detailed descriptions and flow charts.  If you have a specific question regarding any product that isint available on our website, please email us at sales@justwaterpumps.com.au

How do i make a purchase.?

Once you have selected an item to buy, simply click the 'Add to Cart' button for the item you wish to purchase. This will add your item to your shopping cart, when viewing your shopping cart you will have a opportunity to select other relevant products and accessories by clicking 'Continue Shopping', or once your finshed shopping you can click 'Proceed to Checkout' to finalise the sale , then add the freight costs and proceed to make payment.

How long after placing my order can i expect my delivery.?

Once your order is complete, will despatch your item, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your location. You will recieve an email as soon as your item is despatched with specific tracking details on your delivery.

  • Non Metro - WA, TAS, QLD                    4-10 business days after dispatch
  • Far North WA, Far North QLD and NT                7-14 business days after dispatch

Where is my order.?

If you have placed an order, you will have received an order confirmation email letting you know that your order has been successful! 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a separate dispatch confirmation email to let you know it's on its way!
If your order has a tracking number, you can also contact the courier directly for further information on your delivery.

Can i pick up my purchase.?

Pick up can be arranged from our warehouse in Truganina (Melbourne - Victoria), The pick option is available to select through our online checkout process. When selecting this option, we will either call you or email you, to advise when your order is ready for collection. Orders can be collected from our warehouse Monday to Friday between 9am - 4.30pm. Our warehouse is located at 2/51 Sunline Drive - Truganina, Vic 3029

Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email with the details of the carrier including the tracking number.

If you are experiencing issues with your product, please consult the user manual for that product to help resolve your issue. If you can't find an answer that will resolve your issue, please contact us or your nearest service agent for that brand of product. All our products come with the standard manufactures warranty, which is covered Australia Wide, which means it can be taken to any service agent within Australia who handles that brand of product.

All of our products are genuine products and come with the manufacturers Australia Wide warranty, the warranty period offered differs from each manufacturer, and can be found on our product pages or on the manufacturers website.

 
If the product you have purchased has failed in some way within the manufacturers warranty period, the recommended place to contact is our team at the Just Water Pumps or the manufacturers customer service team. If they can't resolve the issue over the phone, you will  be referred to the nearest authorized service agent who can inspect, service, or diagnose and repair any faults that may be required in order to get your product back to perfect working order. The team at the Just Water Pumps will always help facilitate the process between the customer and manufacturer if necessary. 

Contact details of the customer service centres are supplied with your product - i.e,  in the owner's manual.

If you did not receive this information with your product please contact us at sales@justwaterpumps.com.au and we will arrange to have this information sent out for you.

In order for our any authorized service agents to assist you quickly in the case of a claim, please have your original order or tax invoice number on hand when you call. If you do not have one please contact us at sales@justwaterpumps.com.au and we will email you a copy if needed.

Sending a photo by email of your old pump is the most helpful way as we will have more luck identifying your old pump from a photo than having it described over the phone.
